30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Used or opened press-on nail sets cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return

Email us at Lisawushop@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
Ship the items back to the address provided in the return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will correct the mistake promptly.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping fees ($3.99 for orders under $29.90) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Orders that qualified for free shipping ($29.90+) will have the product amount refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Used or partially used press-on nail sets.
Items returned after the 30-day return window.
Items damaged due to improper handling or application.
Gift cards and final sale items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different style or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
